West Bar residential scheme contract secured.
It is a pleasure to be able to share that we have secured the Soho Square development at West Bar in Sheffield. Following a competitive tender process with the main contractor Bowmer & Kirkland, our site cabins land at Sheffield to start the construction of the 2 blocks of apartments at Soho Square. We have been tasked with designing, supplying, installing and setting to work 368 apartments on this new city centre development. This projects follows on from the successful completion of a number of other projects with Bowmer & Kirkland and our first with this division.
