Our Contracting Division provides a fully integrated service within a variety of market sectors, ranging from retail park developments, emergency services facilities, educational facilities, residential and student accommodation and medical research facilities. These schemes are developed from initial concept designs and specifications into fully integrated MEP schemes. We take pride in our ability to offer, where appropriate, value engineering options to clients to maximise services installations at competitive prices. We also work with clients directly to develop schemes from initial concept, through cost planning and stage 2 design to fully installed and commissioned developments
Our Specialist Services division works with specialist equipment suppliers to design and install life safety systems such as smoke control and ventilation systems to nurse call and patient information portable systems.
