Electrical Apprenticeships – NVQ3 – Level 3 in Electrical Installations
Our apprenticeship courses run over 4 years on a block release system meaning that apprentices spend time at college and on site giving them an essential mix of academic and on the job learning.
Apprentices are vital to our business and sustain our future viability. We currently have 10 apprentices undertaking their training and the remaining workforce electricians have all been through the apprenticeship scheme previously either with ourselves or within the industry before joining us. Both our Managing Director and Operations Director began their careers as apprentices so understand first-hand how important this form of entry into the workplace is.
